The Golden Carrot NEEDS your help to maintain our facility, our community programs and to preserve and protect the retired horses. We always need money - and no donation is too small - but if you cannot make a monetary donation there are still plenty of ways you can help. The Golden Carrot needs volunteers to help with the cleaning, care, love and attention needed by these retirees, and very much needs labor fixing stalls and fences.

Each of the below online sites is a Mall - you register your "cause" (The Golden Carrot) and then enter the mall and shop on line as usual. The only difference is, because you went through the mall, a percentage of your total purchase amounts will be sent to The Golden Carrot every quarter. It's easy - shopping is just the same and at the same stores - and it helps. Try it! My personal favorite is iGive.com.

| Give Equipment |
|
Old equipment such as buckets, rakes and wheelbarrows in working condition, hot walkers, feeders, saddle or bridle racks, and blankets, sheets, saddles and tack; grooming equipment. Email, or make a call, and tell me what you've got and we can make arrangements to get it.

| Volunteer |
| I always need something done - cleaning stalls, building fences, grooming or feeding the horses....and I can offer riding lessons in exchange. Email or call to find out more. |

| Feed & Supplies |
|
Lumber, or stall equipment such as chain clasps, roofing material, etc., Feed of any sort, (including alfalfa and grass hay or pellets; Senior Feed, Psyllium, etc, either donated directly or paid for at our local feed store (see below). Email or call and let us know the details.

| Gift Certificates |
|
How about donating to us on behalf of a friend or loved one, or as a memorial to someone who loved animals? Our local feed store can make this easy for you to do, or contact us for more details. I can prepare a nice acknowledgement of the gift that you can present.
